The luxury hotel and casino Caesars Palace Las Vegas has brought the renovation of the resort’s largest tower to an end. The Palace Tower which have been renovated features almost 1,200 guest rooms and suites, and the process being estimated to more than $100 million. The massive renovation covered all 1,181 rooms and suites in the building and took place as part of a massive project of Caesars Entertainment to refurbish all of the rooms in the company’s Las Vegas properties.
The Palace Tower renovation is the latest one in a series of a massive renovation and refurbishment project at Caesars Palace that have been taking place over the past six years. Over the process, about 90% of the rooms in the resort have been renewed, including the redesign of the Julius, Octavious and Augustus towers. The total investment is estimated to approximately $1 billion.
Caesars Palace Renovation
The 29th floor of Caesars Palace is considered the crown jewel of the Palace Tower with its ten luxurious new villas.
The Las Vegas properties of Caesars have always been known for the lavish and luxurious style of the guest rooms and suites that attract guests that come to the destination to gamble. The new villas featured by Caesars Palace come as an enhanced feature that would attract even more visitors.
According to an official press release of Caesars Palace, the coveted 29th floor has seen massive renovation, bespoke furnishings and art program. The ten spacious villas’ sizes range from a little over 2,700 square feet to 4,085 square feet. Like the villas located in the Forum, Octavius and Augustus towers of Caesars’ properties, the new villas situated in the renovated Palace Tower feature the finest design, including wall covering, refined flooring and intricate finishes.
The villas, designed by KNA Design feature different architectural styles with a mix of decor and furniture, resulting in a grand collection of styles worthy of the brand’s customers. Four different themes are offered, including ancient Grecian, French Empire, English Regency and Biedermeier. In addition, the guests of the villas have their own private elevator, as well as a butler service around the clock. Villa guests are also entitled to various other extras and amenities, including limousine transportation to and from the McCarran International Airport, etc.
As mentioned above, the villas, which have been worked on by KNA Design, will be the main attraction to wealthy visitors in that market segment. The President of Caesars Palace Gary Salesner said that the redesigned Palace Tower, including the luxurious new villas would provide lavish accommodations and other services that would distinguish Caesars Palace as one of the leading resorts located in the Las Vegas Strip.
According to the company’s press release, the villas’ pricing is to begin at $3,108 per night.
