GVC Holdings Appoints New VP Business Operations amid Market Expansion Plans

The Isle of Man-based online gambling operator GVC Holdings officially revealed that it has appointed Roni Maman at the newly-established role of Vice President of its Business Operations. As revealed by the company, the new role is to include bearing responsibility for the entire structure and processes of the customer services of the GVC Holdings, as well as for the execution of the services.

The Chief Operating Officer of the Group Shay Segev commented on the appointment, saying that everyone at GVC Holdings were very pleased with the fact that Mr. Maman would join its ranks at a leading position at the Group’s business operations. He added that the extensive organisational experience of the newly-appointed Vice President would help the Isle of Man-based company to generate further growth in the market.

After joining the organisation, Mr. Maman is expected to bring his excellent skills to the company’s operations. Mr. Segev explained that Roni Maman had excellent qualities and vast experience exactly in customer services and engagement, which made him a perfect addition to GVC Holdings.

Before joining the ranks of the Isle of Man-based online gambling operator, Mr. Maman served in various senior management positions at 888 Holdings. He occupied a number of positions at the latter, including Head of Customer Service, Vice President of Support and TeleMarketing and VIP. Since 2011, he was appointed at the role of Senior Vice President of Operations.

The announcement of the new addition to the company comes after GVC Holdings has had a successful 2016 performance. The company has inked a number of partnership agreements in order to enhance its presence in the international regulated markets. Also, several senior management appointments have been made within the company’s structure, including a new head of the bingo division and three new additions to the Product Delivery Team.

In addition, the Isle of Man-based company has been granted with two important licences that allowed GVC expand its operations wordwide. First, on June 13th, GVC Holdings got a New Jersey license approval. A couple of months later, on August 26th, the Romanian National Gaming Office (RNGO) granted the Group a full and permanent operating license for a period of ten years.
