The leading information provider in the UK online gaming affiliate market – iGB Affiliate – has revealed the official release of a new event that is to be specifically aimed at the Nordic igaming market.
The British company made the decision of the new event roll-out after it initiated a survey among its affiliates and the results showed that a large number of companies would like to have a special affiliate event dedicated to the Nordic region.
The Head of Operations of iGB Affiliate Shona ODonnell commented on the event’s launch, saying that such a step towards the Nordic market had made a lot of sense. According to her, the region in question had increased immensely over the last few years and the market itself had requested for such an event to take place.
Ms. ODonnell explained that one of the main goals of iGB Affiliate was to consolidate the regional market by bringing the local igaming community together. She also shared that the UK-based information provider was willing to provide the Nordic community with a fantastic event experience of the best quality, as well as a chance to discuss local issues at a forum of such extent.
The event, called Nordic Affiliate Conference (NAC), is planned to take place on April 7th, 2017 in Stockholm. It is expected to bring together all major affiliates, as well as gaming operators, advertising and media agencies and networks.
The Nordic Affiliate Conference is to be a completely new event to the Nordic market. It has already been supported by several leading members of the local digital gaming community. The idea of iGB Affiliate is to make the Stockolm NAC event different from the rest of the exhibitions organised by the brand and hosted in London, Berlin and Amsterdam. It is planned to be more focused on networking and workshops focused primarily to the Nordic igaming market.
The Sales and Marketing Director of the leading affiliate programme EGO Michael Golembo spoke in favour of the NAC, saying that the Nordic region was quite important to igaming industry. In his opinion, a specialised event aimed at the Nordics have been desperately lacked by the region for a long time. Mr. Golembo explained that EGO were really impatient to support the initiative and meet their affiliate and acquisition partners at the NAC event in April.
