One of the leading global business-to-business gaming solutions and services suppliers, Nektan Plc, announced that it has inked a collaboration agreement with the leading casino games developer High 5 Games.
As revealed by the company, the terms of the partnership deal are subjected to a transitional period, over which the parties are expected to receive approval of the competent regulatory authorities. The two parties are also set to present some final operating details.
The Chief Executive Officer of Nektan Leigh Nissim commented on the deal, saying that the addition of High 5 Games’ casino content to the game network provided by Nektan would bring some of the best and most innovative games on the market. Mr. Nissim also explained that such a partnership would help Nektan to significantly expand and consolidate its positions across both the regulated markets in Europe and the US. The company’s boss further explained that the gaming products was aimed at becoming a global leader in the field of gaming services and solutions offering.
Under the terms of the agreement, Nektan will be awarded with the right to distribute the content provided by H5G across Europe. Also, the company will get the exclusive rights to access and distribute the casino catalogue of H5G. What is more, Nektan will expand its reach in real-money gaming distribution, by making the casino content of H5G available to Canadian customers, too. Also, as part of the agreement, Nektan will become responsible for managing the H5G technology and games on the territory of Europe.
What is more, the company will be given the right to port the already existing flash games portfolio and catalogue and manage the licensing infrastructure, too. The relationships with the European interactive customers of H5G will also become part of the brand’s responsibilities under the provisions of the collaboration deal.
Adding the casino gaming solutions developed by H5G its portfolio is expected to help Nektan to expand its existing gaming products and solutions offering in Europe. The partnership agreement would significantly bolster its business-to-business arm, which currently consists of international assets.
On the other hand, H5G has an extensive experience in the sector. Established in 1995, it has more than two decades of professional experience creating a great variety of games and gaming solutions. Currently, the company’s portfolio features over 70 interactive games for real-money gaming live across the regulated markets of Europe.
The partnership agreement deal was confirmed by the Chief Executive Officer of High 5 Games Anthony Singer, who praised Nektan for being one of the leading companies that create a variety of solutions in the US and European markets. According to Mr. Singer, the collaboration between the companies would result in new and exciting opportunities for both parties thanks to the strong content offering of Nektan.
