The leading gaming content and software solutions, services and systems developer Playtech announced that it has inked a strategic partnership agreement with Captain Up, which would help it provide its customers with the change to analyse, encourage and reward their players with high-quality gaming, communication and social tools.
The Chief Operating Officer of Playtech – Shimon Akad – commented on the collaboration deal, saying that the integration with Captain Up, a real-time engagement and retention platform, gave the company’s licensees with the opportunity to access a greater variety of high-end technologies that could be helpful in terms of making a distinction in their offerings. According to Mr. Akad, the partnership agreement would also result in making the operators’ offerings more attractive to players thanks to the real-time analytics tools offered.
The Chief Operating Officer of the Isle of Man-based software supplier also said he was very happy with the fact that the two companies joined forces and projected that the deal would have a beneficial impact on both companies.
Lately, Captain Up has managed to enter in a number of beneficial partnership agreements with various gaming operators. All collaboration deals have been pretty successful for the company. Now, under the terms of the latest deal inked, Captain Up is to become a certified partner of Playtech. As such, its platform is to be integrated within the IMS player management system of the gaming software supplier, providing Playtech customers with the chance to make their services more attractive to customers.
Special social gaming mechanics, including in-app messaging, community feeds, badges, leaderboards, levels, as well as various tournaments and special challenges, is featured by the Captain Up platform in order to boost lifetime value and make players more engaged with the offered content. There is also a back office that is engaged with management, monitoring and analysis of players actions within the brand’s platform.
