The online and mobile casino games provider Yggdrasil Gaming revealed that it has entered into a partnership agreement with Gibraltar-based online lottery operator Lottoland. As part of the deal, the full range of slots games provided by Yggdrasil will be directly integrated in the platform of the lottery betting operator.
The Chief Executive Officer of Yggdrasil Gaming Fredrik Elmqvist described Lottoland as one of the most successful companies in the online gaming sector over the past few years. According to him, it was a great thing to integrate the online slots games of the company directly in the platform of the Gibraltar-based operator in order for the latter to make practical and effective use of the promotional tools offered by Yggdrasil.
According to Mr. Elmqvist, the deal with Lottoland came as a proof of the fact that the efforts of Yggdrasil on the territory of Gibraltar had not been left unnoticed. He also revealed that Lottoland had posted an impressive growth to the vertical, so everyone at Yggdrasil were looking forward to be working in a collaboration with them.
This has become the latest deal of Yggdrasil getting it involved with a Gibraltar-based company. Earlier this year, the company has officially been granted with an operating license by the competent regulatory authorities in Gibraltar, which led to it signing a large deal of partnership agreements in this jurisdiction, as well as on the territory of the UK.
As already mentioned above, under the terms of the deal, Lottoland would be granted with access to Yggdrasil’s online slots content, as well as to the its in-game promotional tool BOOST and the social sharing tool BRAG.
The Vice President of the Gaming operations at Lottoland Gavin Grimes confirmed of the deal and praised Yggdrasil for proving they were ahead of the competition in terms of online slots offerings and gamification. Mr. Grimes described the gaming offerings of Yggdrasil as “very impressive” and added that the promotional tools offered by the brand were quite attractive to customers.
The company’s Vice President explained that Lottoland already had more than 4.5 million customers on a global scale, saying their number was quickly growing. In his opinion, the partnership between Lottoland and Yggdrasil would turn out to be successful for the Gibraltar-based operator, as it would accelerate its growth.
