The UK-based software developer VSoftCo Ltd, which specialises in creating high-quality software for the global virtual sports market, officially announced that it has opened a Hong Kong office of the brand that is to currently cover the region of Asia. The news comes at a time when the British software supplier has been focused on expanding and consolidating its presence in the Asian market.
The position of VSoftCo’s Asian operations has been occupied by newly-appointed Eric Liang. Mr. Liang is expected to remain particularly focused on following the company’s policy of finding further partnerships that would make sure that the brand remains at a leading position in terms of the Asian virtual sports market.
The Managing Director of VSoftCo Simon Westbury explained that the entire team of the company was very happy with the fact that the software developer was to set foot in the region of Asia and take advantage of the great opportunities offered by the local market. Mr. Westbury revealed that the Asian office opening came as part of the company’s global expansion plans and came in line with the developer’s business strategy to be as close to its partners and customers as possible.
In addition, the VSoftCo’s Managing Director highlighted the fact that the company had been generally focused on further expansion over the last few years. He said that it had already reached more customers not only on the territory of Europe, but also in North America and Latin America. Its expansion in Asia came as the most recent and logical step of this strategy, which aims to make sure that the UK-based gaming software developer is well-positioned in the global regulated markets.
VSoftCo also revealed that its new office in Hong Kong is to provide local users with customer-oriented services and account management in order to support the further development of the company in the Asian market. As a part of the Scarborough Group, VSoftCo is to make some efforts to expand the already existing links of its parent company in the region to build up a stable presence in Asia.
Earlier in November, the company was involved in a couple of partnership agreements with the leading eGaming software development company Iforium and the football comic Striker. The joint venture and collaboration agreements also came as part of the developer’s strategy to consolidate its presence on a global scale and reach more customers worldwide.
