Arena Racing Company (ARC) announced the Sun Bets brand as the official new sponsor of the All-Weather Championships. The company, which is considered as one of the fastest growing online betting websites in the UK, will financially support the Mile Category of the Championships over the 2016-2017 season.
Thanks to the sponsorship agreement, Sun Bets is to join two other British casino, gaming and betting operators as a Category sponsor and an Authorised Betting Partner of British Racing – 32Red and Betway. Only a few days ago, Betway was also appointed as ARC as an Authorised Betting Partner.
The Director of Partnerships of ARC Group David Leyden Dunbar commented on the sponsorship agreement with Sun Bets, saying that everyone at ARC were very happy to welcome the UK-based brand as a Category Sponsor. He revealed that the Arena Racing Company has always been focused on adding innovations to its activities. Mr. Dunbar also described Sun Bets as a company which owned “a new and exciting brand” which was found by the ARC to fit excellently in the All-Weather Championships.
There are six categories in the championship. As mentioned above, Sun Bets is to sponsor the Mile over 8 Furlongs category. Two of the other categories – 3-Year-Old over 6 Furlongs and Fillies and Mares over 7 Furlongs are currently sponsored by 32Red, and the other three – Spring, Marathon and Middle Distance are to be sponsored by Betway. Each of this categories will have a £150,000 Final on Good Friday except for the Betway Easter Classic Middle Distance, which is to feature the exclusive prize of £200,000.
The upcoming 2016-2017 season of All Weather Championships is set to kick off on October 27th. The end of the season will be set on April 14th 2017 with the £1-million Finals Day that is to take place at Lingfield Park. Of course, the Finals Day is to be aired live on ITV4 and At the Races.
The Head of PR division at Sun Bets Tim Reynolds confirmed of the sponsorship agreement, saying that the team of the company was absolutely delighted for the future collaboration with ARC and the fact that the brand would make sponsorship investments in British Racing thanks to the All-Weather Championships.
Mr. Reynolds said that the success the All-Weather Championships had over the last few years was impressive, so the company’s team was interested in becoming part of the upcoming season of British Racing.
