GVC Holdings revealed that it has inked a partnership agreement with gambling content and services provider Scientific Games Corporation. Under the terms of the deal, GVC’s gaming websites in Spain and Belgium will be supplied with the high-quality online casino content developed by the WMS studio of Scientific Games.
Commenting on the newly-signed collaboration between the two companies, the Chief Product Officer of GVC Liron Snir said that the partnership with the American company would be greatly beneficial for the Isle of Man-headquartered group as the company would be able to offer the market-leading WMS content to a great number of its customers.
According to Mr. Snir, the partnership agreement came as a great step forward for GVC Holdings, which had been recently focused on building the most qualitative casino games selection for its customers, regardless of their location.
The content deal includes the roll-out of about twenty new games, which are expected to be offered through GVC Holdings brands, including bwin, partypoker and partycasino. This would come as a major upgrade of the Isle of Man-based company at a time when GVC has been primarily focused on expanding its reach in regulated markets on a global scale, as well as improving its gaming offerings.
Currently, the WMS platform of Scientific Games is especially popular with the great variety of high-quality slots games. Some of the slots that are considered as the most attractive ones provided by the company to date are: Thai Flowe, Rainbow Riches and Spartacus Gladiator of Rome. All three of them, along with many more titles, will be available to GVC Holdings’ customers in both Belgium and Spain thanks to the latest content deal signed between the companies. The full integration of the new WMS content within the gaming platform of GVC is expected to be finalised over the upcoming weeks.
The deal was also confirmed by the Vice President Commercial, Interactive at the US-based corporation Bob Hays. Mr. Hays shared that everyone at Scientific Games were very pleased with the fact that the company would be given the chance to supply customers in Belgium and Spain with its offerings, including the initial release of a number of SG Interactive games that had been especially developed for both desktop and mobile devices.
Mr. Hays also described the deal as a “fantastic opportunity” for Scientific Games Corporation to make their already existing relationship with GVC stronger thanks to the new content deal, especially when it comes to new markets. In addition, he revealed that the American company was focused on more content release in the future.
