Today the leading provider of mobile games, virtual sports and server-based gaming video lottery, Inspired Group, officially announced that it has managed to ink a new agreement with the UK-based betting shop, bingo and casino operator Gala Coral Group Ltd. Under the terms of the deal, Gala Coral is to grant the Virgo RGS technology developed by Inspired with a license to own and bring into effective action its CR Games content across the full range of Gala’s brands.
The Chief Commercial Officer of Digital Games division of Inspired Gaming Steve Rogers commented on the newly-signed deal, saying that both the developer’s leading game portfolio and RGS technology had been provided to Gala Coral for more than a year. Mr. Rogers also revealed that Gala had chosen no other than Virgo RGS open technology for operation and distribution of its CR Games content to players worldwide.
Inspired’ Chief Commercial Officer added that the above-mentioned technology had been designed in a way that would help companies like Gala to incorporate gaming content and operate easily, making it part of its online and mobile gaming growth.
As it became clear by the statement of Inspired, the UK gambling and betting operator has licensed the RGS technology of the developer in order to carry out the distribution of its own CR Games content to the customers who have chosen its brands. The technology would be available across all brands of Gala Coral.
In addition, the latter would be still supplied by Inspired and its high-quality mobile slots games. The game offerings will include some of the most popular titles of Inspired Gaming brought into action via its Virgo RGS technology, including Rise of Anubis, Centurion and The Guardians.
Inspired Gaming made it clear in its official announcement of the deal that its market-leading Virtuals on Demand products are to be released by Gala Coral, too. The above-mentioned products will also include Rush Football Live, the first premium Virtual Sports on Demand game that is to be launched to operators on the gambling market.
The Gaming Director of Gala Coral Mark Kemp also confirmed of the deal with Inspired. According to him, the ownership of their own RGS platform that uses the Virgo RGS technology of Inspired would be greatly beneficial for the company, as it would provide the latter with better control over “the full end to end supply” of their own games from the stage of developer’s to offering the final product.
Mr. Kemp also said that the fact that Gala had been using the Inspired software for more than a year provides Gala with confidence that its RGS technology would be fully able to add to the future gaming growth strategy of the UK-based gaming operator.
